We'd like to sincerely thank all of our customers, friends and family that stopped in on Saturday, June 7, to wish Ascioti's Market the best on the 100th anniversary of the store. Solvay Mayor, Ron Benedetti, issued a proclamation declaring June 7 as Ascioti's Market in Solvay Day; Assemblyman William Magnarelli recognized the store in a state assembly proclamation as well; and Senator John DeFrancisco issued a state legislative proclamation as a small business institution when he visited. We want to thank them very much for this recognition and for taking the time out of their busy political schedules to visit us and wish us well.

Senator DeFrancisco chose our raffle winners: Kristin Klaben, who won the large basket of some of the bottled products we sell, along with a gift certificate for our meatball mix and other assorted specialties. Don Bryant won the $50.00 gift certifcate. In addition we'd like to thank Marissa Ascioti, owner of Risscotti's Bakery in East Syracuse, for her generous (and very delicious!) tray of cookies to congratulate us on this anniversary.

Once again, we thank all our loyal patrons, for without you, we never could have reached this ceremonious milestone!
